Outfit Time!!! Whooop Whooop
Being comfy is the #1 rule in being sick!
So what I wear when I’m sick is:
Summer/Spring: Oversized T-Shirt w/small pj short, knee high socks and Uggs :D
Winter/Autumn:
Soft knitted sweater w/leggings, Infinite scarf and bed socks :D
Personally I don’t like wearing make-up on days like
this because it’s very unnecessary & rubs off anyway, totally a waste of time & expensive makeup, but
of course if you feel comfortable wearing make-up in bed, that’s fine too.
You can change this as much as you want for it to fit
your personality.
!FOOOOOOD TIME!
Who does not love food & eating. Somehow it makes you feel better.
There are loads of junk foods you can eat if you
really want and there is a choice of very healthy & tasty food to eat, that will maybe help with
your illness!
Junky: Some 'not so healthy' foods can sometimes be very comforting, like ice cream, not completely junk food but not the healthiest. You can eat
some chocolates, pizza, potato chips & donuts! Find something you enjoy if it makes you feel better
Healthy: Fruit salad, granola bar,
a green smoothie(helps a lot with illness) apples,
pineapple(but not if you have a sore throat) Yogurt and fresh
fruits, homemade popcorn, fruit smoothies, nuts, Frozen Yogurt(healthy ice
cream) & green salad
MOVIES
This is a great way to let time pass. It's fun and
keeps your mind off of your illness. So get comfortable, get some coffee or tea, get
a blanket and a pillow because there is a list of movies that I have recently
watched and enjoyed a lot

Read a book!
I really love reading, it relaxes me a lot and I just
feel like I’m in a new universe! There are many books out there to read and I’m
sure you will find one. This is the perfect opportunity to catch up on your
reading. If maybe you’re stuck and don’t know what to read, here are some on my favourites:
