Being Sick...xx

Hey guys, I hope you’re doing amazing, but maybe you’re not and you’re sick and feel like an ill sloth? 

So if you are, then this is the perfect thing to read right now. So go and get yourself a cup of tea & enjoy.

 It can be so boring to be sick. Mostly because you feel like crap and don’t feel like doing anything else than sleeping… not today! It sucks to be sick but I’m about to change that. In this post I will give you some things to do while being sick in bed, some snacks, a comfy outfit, movies to watch, music to listen to and lots more, so enjoy.xx


Outfit Time!!! Whooop Whooop
Being comfy is the #1 rule in being sick!

So what I wear when I’m sick is:
Summer/Spring: Oversized T-Shirt w/small pj short, knee high socks and Uggs :D



Winter/Autumn: Soft knitted sweater w/leggings, Infinite scarf and bed socks :D

Personally I don’t like wearing make-up on days like this because it’s very unnecessary & rubs off anyway,  totally a waste of time & expensive makeup, but of course if you feel comfortable wearing make-up in bed, that’s fine too.
You can change this as much as you want for it to fit your personality.


!FOOOOOOD TIME!
Who does not love food & eating. Somehow it makes you feel better.
There are loads of junk foods you can eat if you really want and there is a choice of very healthy & tasty food to eat, that will maybe help with your illness!
 I have two options for you guys - healthy or junky

Junky: Some 'not so healthy' foods can sometimes be very comforting, like ice cream, not completely junk food but not the healthiest. You can eat some chocolates, pizza, potato chips &  donuts!  Find something you enjoy if it makes you feel better



Healthy: Fruit salad, granola bar,
a green smoothie(helps a lot with illness) apples,
pineapple(but not if you have a sore throat) Yogurt and fresh fruits, homemade popcorn, fruit smoothies, nuts, Frozen Yogurt(healthy ice cream) & green salad


MOVIES
This is a great way to let time pass. It's fun and keeps your mind off of your illness. So get comfortable, get some coffee or tea, get a blanket and a pillow because there is a list of movies that I have recently watched and enjoyed a lot

Read a book!
I really love reading, it relaxes me a lot and I just feel like I’m in a new universe! There are many books out there to read and I’m sure you will find one. This is the perfect opportunity to catch up on your reading. If maybe you’re stuck and don’t know what to read, here are some on my favourites:

  • Paper Towns
  • The Fault in our Stars
  • Looking for Alaska
  • The Maze Runner
  • Divergent

Its time for music…
When I feel ill I want so listen to relaxing and calming songs and there is a few I have been loving:

#FitnessFriday- Green smoothies

Hello everybody, so today let's talk
 health. A favourite of mine  
is green smoothies.



It's very important to keep up a healthy & balanced lifestyle.
One of the most famous new healthy treats is
the green smoothie. This smoothie is good for you
in so many ways, basically the green smoothie is a type
of shake/smoothie, made by blending green raw leafy 
vegetables & fresh fruits.

There are many pro's &  benefits of a green smoothie:
 they are high in fiber, nutrition & vitamins.
depending on the fruits & veggies you use.

It's a very easy & quick thing to make mainly because
most of the ingredients are usually 
found in your house, Because most people don't
like veggies (including myself) this is a
great way to sneak them into your diet,
without even noticing.

It's best to make them at home , mainly because 
it will be cheaper & a lot more natural.

These amazing drinks can easily be used as a meal replacement because it will provide you with a lasting 
amount of energy with a small amount of 
sugar & calories.

Most of the recipes also contain ingredients that are very good for your hair & skin  because it hydrates the skin,
and will reduce wrinkles - good to start working on them when you're young

Green Smoothies can prevent cancer & heart 
disease, it also improves your immunity 
& is very refreshing. With all that said I
leave you with a recipe for this miracle worker.


Ingredients:
  • 1 cup of freshly chopped spinach
  • 1 cup of water or almond milk
  • 1 cup of sliced pineapples
  • 1 cup of sliced mango
  • 2 bananas
Blend it all together & its as easy as that.
This smoothie is filled with iron & vitamins.

If you manage to drink one of these smoothie everyday 
you will be surprised by how amazing 
it will make you feel!

Just a Little Surprise

Hey Everyone :)
I have decided to start my very own YouTube channel, I will try to 
make it as fun as I can & keep you guys entertained.


Some of the things that you can expect to see on my channel are things like:

  • Cooking/Baking... & etc

If my channel is up & running I will start doing more things
such as vlogs & Day-in-the-life & follow-me

I'm very busy with a great video for road trips like the
essentials, outfits, make-up, snacks & lots more.
There will also be a Theme Park clip with idea's,
outfits & make-up so you can keep a
look out for all that fun stuff!

I will be posting a new video soon
(maybe by early next week;)
 I will try to create video's that you 
guys will enjoy. So Yeah thats it.
